After the successful register trademark in the Trademark Office of StateAdministration for Industry and Commerce(SAIC), the trademark "Patrol Hawk" islegally owned by Shenzhen Sinda Technology Co. , Ltd.

Receiving the "Patrol Hawk" trademark certificate from the Trademark Officeof SAIC in June,it is the first step that we marking strategy for brand. Inorder to establish a better brand image , improve the service quality and becomemore competitive and profitable in the market,August 2010,we sent ourapplication to the Trademark Office .In May 2011, after formalexamination,substantive examination and trade mark publication, "Patrol Hawk"was successfully registered in the Trademark Office under our one year's effort.This logo has been put on record in the Trade Office and we own the sole rightto use it.

The trademark which passed the examination of the Trademark Office wasregistered, those similar to the registered one in the same group can't beregistered. The trademark registrant shall enjoy an exclusive right to use thetrademark. Without the permission of the trademark registrant, the defendant useof the registered trademark will be considered as an infringement. The registant shall have the right to sue for the past infringement. The trademark can improve  the image of products. As the intangible asset, the trademark registration that can bring benefits more than the cost of application isfavorable for market competition and advertising, and it is also a symbol ofgoodwill and quality.
